The Constitutional Council of Cambodia held a Plenary Session to examine and deliberate on the Letter of Samdech Akka Moha Ponhea Chakrei HENG Samrin, President of the National Assembly, requesting the Constitutional Council to examine the constitutionality of the following Laws: 1.The Law on the Amendment of the Law on the Administration of the Capital City, Provinces, Municipalities, Districts and Khans. 2.The Law on the Amendment of the Law on the Elections of Capital City, Provincial, Municipal, District and Khan Councils.
